Halocarbon polymer thickened chlorotrifluoroethylene greases are designed for use in contact with powerful oxidizers. These inert greases are ideal lubricants for valves, seals, gear lubrication and many more applications in aggressive environments. The polymer thickened greases are designed to be used with fluorine (gaseous), hydrofluoric acid and other fluorinating agents.

Determining which Halocarbon inert grease to use will be dependent on the application. Conditions such as temperature, physical conditions and manufactures’ recommendations should be considered to determine which Halocarbon grease to use for your application.
